AUT Calibration Blocks

AUT calibration blocks complying with DNVGL-ST-F101, ASTM1961 and ISO13588 standards or customer specifications. These blocks may include:

Flat-Bottomed Holes (FBH) from 1mm to 3mm
Square notches on inner and outer surface
V-notches
Curved side holes
WT notches, Trid Trod, through holes, etc.
Blocks can be integrated into a dummy pipe marked by automatic stamping.

Scanners for Automatic Ultrasonic Testing (AUT)

Defective welds According to DNV

For training, validation or qualification, we provide defective welds according to DNV standards. These contain deliberately produced real defects useful for procedure development, inspector training or equipment qualification.

PAUT Calibration Blocks

PAUT calibration blocks in accordance with DNVGL-ST-F101, ASME V, ISO13588 containing : Curved Side Drilled Holes (SDH), inner notches and outer notches. Blocks can be inserted in a dummy pipe which is marked using automatic hard stamping.
